Replacement For Draw-Tite Friction Sway Control

I have a Draw-tite antisway bar for my camper and it need to replace it due to getting bent. Do all sway bars use the same size ball.

I believe you are talking about a friction sway control, and not all necessarily use the same size ball, no. We do have the friction sway control kit you are asking about which you can use as a replacement, though just the arm by itself isn't available as a replacement part so you'd need the whole kit, which is the following:
