Rear Anti-Sway Bar and Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer for 2016 Jayco Greyhawk Motorhome
Question:
We just got a 2016 Jayco Greyhawk 31FS class C rv. I’m looking into possibly getting a roadmaster reflex stabilizer. Which one would work on our rv? Also, what’s the difference between this and a stabilizer bar? Would I need both for the front chassis? Supposedly Jayco comes with a J suspension but not quite sure if that’s the same as what I’m looking into. Any help would be appreciated! What do you suggest for my setup...all the parts needed for a complete install?

Anti-sway bars work to reduce side to side movement of the vehicle, giving you more control and to reduce roll when cornering. It works to provide greater balance and improve the ride. If your primary concern is reducing the side-to-side movement of your vehicle to gain greater control over it, or if you experience excessive body roll when cornering then yes, consider anti-sway bars.
A steering stabilizer attaches between the tie rod and frame that keeps steering firm and minimize or eliminate that loose feeling especially at interstate speeds. If you find yourself constantly oversteering and working to keep your vehicle in line then consider a steering stabilizer. Both can be installed and work together on your 2016 Jayco Greyhawk Motorhome.

For an anti sway bar, I recommend the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-147. This is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Jayco Greyhawk Motorhome. This will help to minimize sway and driver fatigue by improving the stability and drivability of your Jayco Greyhawk Motorhome. The bar on this sturdy, effective anti-sway system mounts to the rear axle and to the frame to balance weight transfer and reduce body roll.
.
For a steering stabilizer option, I recommend the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets # RM-RBK24-RSSC. This too is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Jayco Greyhawk Motorhome. The sturdy steel spring on this stabilizer keeps your Jayco Greyhawk Motorhome in line by constantly working to maintain its position. Mount it between the steering mechanism and the chassis for a tight connection that will minimize wander and correct oversteering.
