Recommended Bike Rack for Bacchetta Giro A26 Recumbent Bike

Can you tell me if I can use the Hollywood Trail Rider, Hollywood Sport Rider 2 or Swagman Chinook to transport the Bacchetta Giro A26 recumbent bike. Thanks

The Bacchetta Giro A26 Recumbent Bike is a pretty unique bike, one that not many bike racks will accommodate. I can't say we have tested any racks with this bike but my recommendation is to use the Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack part # SA4412B-R. The recumbent design will work with the long wheelbase and the unique frame clamp system should allow you to grab onto the frame below the seat.

The Saris Freedom #SA4412B-R referenced in your question will work very nicely with your Bacchetta Aero CA3.0 recumbent bike. The Freedom is set apart from a lot of racks because at only 22-1/2 pounds it's an extremely light platform rack.…
