Will The Coil SumoSprings Helper Springs CSS-1995R Increase Ride-Height?

Question:

Hello, I read a question asked by Phil, on the Q. and A. page, with a response from Mike. I wanted to comment in and ask a secondary question, but it wouldnt let me. Its regarding a 12 Impalas rear suspension. Phil asked about part #CSS-1195R, a helper spring assembly. I like how its supportive, so Mike says, and wont allow the vehicle to sag if cargo is in the trunk like cargo coils in the old days, but what about ACTUAL RIDE HEIGHT? Is anything known about that? Phils point, to me, was about all 12 and 13 Impalas b/c Ive seen/own it too sitting very low in the rear, regardless of life or mileage. Does someone here know if this helper set-up fixes that height issue as well? If not, is there a part that would? Thank-you

The Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs # CSS-1195R for the rear axle of your 2012 Chevrolet Impala will not affect unloaded ride-height. These helper springs will only come into effect when the rear of the vehicle is loaded down with weight. It will simply assist your suspension and help support heavy loads along with reducing body roll on turns.

There are not any products available to increase the ride-height of your Impala. It is possible that your rear suspension is simply worn-out and needs replaced. I have attached a demonstration video for the SumoSprings # CSS-1195R.
