Thule Roof-Mounted Cargo Box Recommendations

Question:

I am looking for replacement part 12 from the picture below for my thule force xxl cargo box. Any help would be appreciated. Thule doesn’t have part 12 from the picture available to order?

I talked to Thule about the Force XT XXL Mounted Cargo Carrier # TH6359B. They confirmed that the part you are referring to on the diagram is a non-replaceable part. This part is riveted into the cargo box assembly and your only option is a new cargo box unfortunately.

While I'm sure this isn't the news you were wanting to here, I am going to give you a few options if you decide to purchase a new one. You can obviously buy the same one again # TH6359B, or you can go with a similar unit that is also 22 cu ft. but has a nice glossy finish # TH629906. Or if you would like a slightly more affordable option I recommend the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box # TH615 which has a matte black finish and is slightly smaller at 16 cu ft. I have attached a few demonstration videos for these cargo boxes.
