Replacement Supplemental Braking System for Replacing Roadmaster RM-9400
Question:
I bought a used rm 9400 braking system it only came with the motor home sensor and the brake away spring cable. Is the rm 98450 assembly all I need to get my 2006 Honda CR-V up and running? Thanks

Expert Reply:
If you are missing the main assembly that sits in the floor board of the tow vehicle and applies the brakes you'd need to replace basically the entire kit since the second vehicle kit does not come with that. Since the RM-9400 was discontinued you'd be best served with the Blue Ox Patriot part # BLU37TR instead which is the best performing and easiest setup for this type of supplemental braking.
