Wheel-Mounted 4-Bike Rack That Can Be Converted To 2-Bike Rack

Hello I am looking for recommendations on a 4 bike rack - hitch mount - for a 2019 suburban. We have all different bike types and sizes which is part of the issue - from a carbon fiber Tri bike to adult size mountain bikes to kid 20 in bike. I am interested in a bike rack that does not make contact with the frame so wheel mount perhaps and also, if possible, can be converted to a 2 bike rack mostly i will be carrying only 1 bike but sometimes we will have the whole family.
