Dingy wiring, the RV has a combined 7 pin receptacle for towing. The dingy has separate brake and turn signals, amber turn, red stop. How do I go from combined to separate.

When installing tow bar wiring on a vehicle with separate brake and turn signals that will be flat towed you would want to use a diode kit like the Demco 4-Diode Universal Towed Vehicle Wiring Kit w/ 7-Wire to 6-Wire Coiled Connector # DM9523010-54.
When installed it will make your brake lights flash as the turn signals instead of your actual amber turn signals when being flat towed. If you wanted to keep the separate wiring for flat towing you would need the Vehicle to Vehicle Tail Light Converter # 118158 and two extra diodes # RM-792.
Keep in mind that your vehicle tail light and turn signal functions will be unchanged when you are not flat towing, and due to that I recommend not using the converter or extra diodes to give yourself less wiring to deal with during the install.
I included videos for the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
