For the Thule bike rack - TH990XT - Do you sell the replacement metal bracket that the plastic wheel tray sets in to? The plastic wheel tray sets in this Uinch shaped metal bracket - which slides on the bar to adjust - and is secured tightened to barby the bolt and lever. I see every other part but do not see it in the parts listing. Thank you.
