I have an option for you, but both the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13388 and the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75549 which are confirmed to fit your 2014 Freightliner Sprinter 170" wheelbase Dual Rear Wheel will stick out slightly past the non-step rear bumper as you can see in the included pictures.
Between the two I recommend the Curt # C13388 since it has a 10000lb trailer weight rating and 1000lb tongue weight rating when used with a weight distribution system which is quite a bit higher than the 7500lb trailer weight rating and 750lb tongue weight rating you would have using the # 75549 with a weight distribution system.
You may also be interested in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which includes two ball mounts, two hitch balls, two hitch pins and clips, and a carrying case to complete your towing setup.
I included a video of the # 75549 and # 989900 for you to take a look at.
