In order to flat tow your 2014 Ford Focus with your 2008 Forest River Georgetown XL Class A Motorhome, you will first need a hitch receiver if you do not already have one. I recommend the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703. This is a very popular universal option that offers a simple bolt-on installation or weld-on depending on your preference. This has a weight capacity of 3,500lbs which will be more than enough for your Focus.

Now that you have your receiver we can move on to the tow bar, base plates for the towed vehicle, wiring kit for the towed vehicle, and supplemental braking system. For the tow bar I would go with Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount # BX7420. For the base plate kit I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX2633, which is confirmed to fit your 2014 Ford Focus SE.

Use Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Wire to 6-Wire Straight Cord # RM-152-98146-7 for the wiring kit; this connects to your RV 7 way and then splices into your towed vehicle's tail light wiring. To allow your RV to charge the towed vehicle, use Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25. For the supplemental braking system go with the Blue Ox Patriot Proportional Braking System # BLU37TR.

I have attached demonstration/installation videos for the products mentioned.
