Can Spare Tire Fit Under etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper

could one mount a spare tire on the underside of Item # e96ZR?

There isn't a way to mount a spare tire directly under the 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e96ZR.
What you can do if you have enough space on the bumper is add a bumper-mounted spare tire carrier next to the cargo carrier with the Brophy Rigid Mount Spare Tire Carrier # BR56VR or Folding, Bumper Mounted Tire Carrier # TR-2.
If you don't have quite enough room with the 84 inch wide cargo carrier, there is a smaller carrier as well, the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e99049.
Outside of this, the best way to mount a spare tire would be on your trailer tongue with the Demco Spare Tire Carrier for up to 4" Trailer Tongue # DM15851-76.
