Tilt Away Bike Rack Options for 2013 Hyundai Tucson

I have a 2 inch hitch on a 2013 Hyundai Tucson. I am looking for a tilt away, platform bike rack for @$600 dollars/give or take for a FX 3 and I would like to still be able to use my back-up camera if possible.
