I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98856, which will provide you with a durable hitch with a 2" receiver that's well equipped for towing. This hitch will fit on 2007 to current models of the Jeep Wrangler or Wrangler Unlimited. There may be some other components you'll need to complete your towing setup, as well.
To power the trailer lights, you'll need a wiring harness with a 4 way plug; for a Jeep JK/JKU (2007-2018) the Tekonsha # 118416 would be the best choice and for a JL/JLU (2019-present) I recommend the Tekonsha # 118786. I prefer Tekonsha wiring harnesses because of the durability of their wiring and the converter boxes, which we've discovered over the years.
To complete your towing setup you may need a ball mount and hitch ball if you don't already have one. Because of the lift and tires you're likely going to need an adjustable ball mount, which you will want to measure the distance from the hitch to the ground and then on the trailer from the coupler to the ground. The difference between the two will give you how much drop you're going to need on the ball mount to keep your trailer level, but on a stock JK or JL it's going to be around 20" from the top of the receiver to the ground.
I've linked our entire selection of adjustable ball mounts and a guide that shows you exactly how to measure for you to have a look at, in addition to a helpful video of the installation of this hitch and wiring you can use as a guide.
