Locking Pin Set for Curt C45900 Channel Style Height Adjustable Ball Mount

Question:

I bought the curt adjustable hitch. I need a locking pin that can secure the gold ball hitch to the adjustable hitch. They sent 2 pins with 2 voter pins but I would like to replace one of the pins so it’s locking. My typical locking pins that I use to sixes the hitch to my truck is too short. Any suggestions Thanks

Curt does indeed offer a lock set specifically designed for their channel style adjustable ball mounts like the
# C45900 you'd earlier purchased. I'd recommend the # C23556 which includes a keyed alike hitch lock and a locking pin that would take the place of one of the height adjustment pins. The locking adjustment pin has a 4-1/4 inch span, so it will accommodate the width of the ball mount with no problem as you can see in the linked video.
