2013 jeep rings 13/16 pin size 7/8 on frount bumper

I'm assuming you're needing a D-ring mount for a tow bar, is that correct?
Roadmaster offers the # RM-035-1 which is compatible with D-ring mounting tabs that are 7/8 or 1 inch thick. They are compatible with Roadmaster tow bars like the Falcon All-Terrain, part # RM-522. You'll want to check with the manufacturer of your bumper to ensure it's rated for towing, as not all of them are.
To tow your 2013 Jeep Wrangler, you'll also need safety cables and a wiring harness which are included with the # RM-9243-1 Roadmaster Combo Towing Kit and a supplemental braking system like the Demco Air Force One for motorhomes with air brakes, part # SM99243.
If the height difference between the D-rings and the receiver on the motorhome is greater than three inches, you'll also need a high/low adapter to bring the height difference to within 3 inches. I'll link to a help article that explains how to determine which adapter you'd need.
