I have another option for you, but the TrailerMate Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers # TM75295 you were looking at is for 2013-2014 Ram 1500/2500/3500 trucks and did not replace the discontinued TM76284 for your 2006 Hummer H2.
Instead you will need the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - GM # 3015-P which is confirmed to fir your 2006 Hummer H2, and will still work in Tekonsha, and Draw-Tite trailer brake controllers.
If you are also needing a trailer brake controller I recommend taking a look at the extremely reliable Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 which has an easy to read LCD screen, and the built in diagnostics are easy to read and easy to understand by displaying actual words and not just making you memorize flashing lights like some other controllers.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
