I have a 2020 Highlander with 235/55-20 tires. Would the Glacier cable sno tire chains fit on it.

I have another option for you, but at this time we do not have cable tire chains that are confirmed to fit the 235/55R20 tires on your 2020 Toyota Highlander.
Instead I recommend taking a look at the Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH2004705255 which is confirmed to fit your 235/55R20 tires which are a great choice due to the diamond pattern that offers a smoother ride and better covers the tire than a ladder pattern, and since the chains are self-centering and self-tensioning installation is very simple.
I found in the owner's manual for your 2020 Highlander that tire chains should only be installed on the front wheels.
