The Curt trailer hitch # C13105 is rated for 3,500 pound gross trailer weight and 350 pounds tongue weight (with weight distribution it is 5000/500 pounds). The hitch will be able to handle your boat as long as the weight when loaded and ready to tow does not exceed the listed capacities. Be sure to check the vehicle owners manual for the towing capacity of your 2007 Toyota Sienna. If it is lower then you have to go by the vehicles capacity. I have linked instructions and a video showing installation of this hitch.
Since you are planning on doing some towing I recommend the etrailer ball mount kit, # EBMK4. It comes with a ball mount, interchangeable ball set, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. For trailer wiring use # 118304. I have linked a video and the isntructions for the wiring as well.
On many Toyota vehicles, the owners manual will state that a transmission cooler and/or other coolers will be needed if you will be towing. Check the towing section in the owners manual and if a transmission cooler is needed the most popular option for the Sienna is # D13503. I have linked an FAQ on transmission coolers for you.
