Yes! To do so you need these three parts:

# TH710501 - Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars
# TH145107 - Fit Kit for Thule Evo Clamp Roof Rack Feet
# TH711520 - Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - 60" - Black
OR # TH711500 - Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - 60" - Silver

The general rule is to not let your crossbars go past the end of your side mirrors. With 60" long crossbars, you should not have a problem. In fact, I recently installed 68" crossbars on a ladder rack # Y01151-5868 in a 2021 Toyota Tacoma. I attached the video below where you can see how the crossbars still didn't overhang too much past the truck bed edges. Most of the 11" overhang was from how the towers were tilted inwards. Your 60" WingBar crossbars # TH711520 will be work perfectly well if you're looking for that extra space and overhang.
