Will the TLA7310 fit my 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 4x4, or will I need to go with the TLA7311?

Yes. You will be able to use the TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrade with Quick-Disconnects - Lower Overload Springs # TLA7310 on your 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. The # TLA7311 are not a confirmed fit on the 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500.
