Roof Rack System Recommended for Carrying 4 Bikes on 2019 Silverado 3500HD Crew Cab

Hello, I am looking at roof rack options for carrying bikes - 4 bikes. Looking through the different systems I am leaning towards the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars with 4 Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack - Frame Mount bike carriers. I am interested in what etrailer would recommend for this setup. The bikes include 2 adults and 2 child 20inch bikes. This setup looks adjustable enough to handle all of those securely. Thank you!

The Thule WingBar Evo and the # TH598004 Thule ProRide XT roof mounted bike rack would be a great combination for carrying up to 5 bikes on the roof of your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500, if the 60 inch crossbars are used. The ProRide will accommodate both types of bikes you mentioned. For the roof rack, you'd need the following parts:
• Thule WingBar Evo 60 inch crossbar, part # TH711520 for black or # TH711500 for silver
• Evo Clamp Feet, part # TH710501
• Thule Vehicle-Specific Fit Kit, part # TH145071
To make reaching the roof of the truck a bit easier, you might be interested in a Rightline Door Step, part # RL100660. The door step would mount to the door striker, and provide up to a 400 lb capacity. This would make the roof of your truck much easier to access.
