In order to extend your hitch on your 2015 Toyota Tundra, I recommend looking into a hitch extender or a longer shank for your weight distribution system.
The # HE12 is a hitch extender that fits 2" receiver. It is 9-1/2" long between the hitch pin hole and ball mount. This has a max weight capacity of 7,000lbs and tongue weight of 700lbs when used in combination with a weight distribution system. The main drawback with this is that it will reduce your towing capacity by 1/3. For example, if your hitch receiver allows up to 10,000lbs, you will only be able to safely tow up to approximately 6,666lbs using this extender.
A better option would be a longer shank, such as the Equal-i-zer 18" shank # EQ90-02-4500. This would NOT reduce your towing capacity by 1/3 like the extender mentioned above would. This long shank has a distance of 13" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole. It has a max tongue weight of 1,400lbs.
A great way to keep everything locked and secured would be to add a hitch receiver lock such as the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # FHG63VR
