Parts Needed to Flat Tow a 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX Hatchback

i just bought a used blue ox aladdin bx4325 and can i use this with this base plate and would i need any adaptors?

There is an adapter to go from Roadmaster base plates to Blue Ox tow bars. However, you will have to use the XL style base plates # 919-1. Then you can use adapter # BX88178.

You said you bought the tow bar used, if it did not include the safety cables then you will need to add some using # BX88196.

You will also need a lighting solution when flat towing the vehicle. If you will not be towing it very often then I recommend a magnetic kit # RM-2120. But if you want a more permanent solution go with kit # 154-792-118158.

Most states now require a supplemental braking system on the vehicle being flat towed. One of the easiest systems to set up and use is the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR proportional system that applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles.
