Recommended Analog Air Compressor To Replace Firestone Air Command F3

Question:

Firestone Air Command F3 Compressor System # 9489. I bought install the system on my truck. Technically it works. However the remote sucks. Poor quality and doesn’t work unless you’re 1 foot away from the ECU. Because of that I made a mistake and left it outside of my truck and lost it. What are my options to install switches to control the system? Thank you. For the record I would never recommend this product anyone. Entire system is junk

I have a replacement option for you, but unfortunately it is not possible to convert your Air Command F3 Compressor System w/ Wireless Remote and Light Duty Compressor F2581 to use switches to control the system.

The option I recommend is to replace the system with the different system like the Firestone Air Command II - Analog - Heavy Duty Compressor & Air Tank # F2168 which uses two switches to control the air pressure in each of your air bags, allowing you to get away from the remote function you were not fond of on your current system.

If you would rather just replace your current remote, I will need to know the revision number which is found on the white sticker on the ECU as shown in the included picture.

I included a video of the Firestone # F2168 for you to take a look at.
