We do have some bike rack options for you that will work with motorhomes.
But to answer your question, some bike racks (like the Rola Convoy Rola Convoy # 59307) will not work with motorhomes; this is mainly because the bike rack frame / receiver is not built to withstand the extra bouncing when mounted on a motorhome, which will put more stress on the major mounting points.
I highly recommend the Swagman XTC-2 TILT 2-Bike Platform Rack # S64671 for use with your motorhome. This works with 2" and 1 1/4" receiver hitch and is built to withstand the extra stress associated with bouncing on the back of a motorhome / RV. There is a 35lb weight limit per bike.
I also recommend looking into an adapter bar if you are planning on transporting any alternative / step-through style bikes. Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter # 64005 will work great. This ensures the bikes are safe and stable.
I have included demonstration videos for these products.
