The rack you need will depend on how the roof of your 2020 Pilot is fitted out.

I really like the Yakima JetStream roof rack, because of how well they're built and designed. They may not be the least expensive option, but they work very well and are extremely durable which makes them the most popular choice for your vehicle.

If you have a bare roof, you'll need the following parts:

• Yakima 60 inch JetStream crossbars, part # Y00426
• Yakima BaseLine roof rack towers, part # Y28TR
• Yakima BaseClips which use the inside top of the door jambs to attach the roof rack feet, part # Y06152

If your Pilot has the flush mounted rails that run fore and aft along the edges of the roof, use these parts:

• Yakima 50 inch JetStream crossbars, part # Y00425
• Yakima SkyLine roof rack towers, part # Y53TR
• Yakima Landing Pad 19, part # Y00245 which attach the feet to the fixed mounting points on the roof

You may have noticed that the crossbars used on the rack system for the bare roof are longer. This is because the roof rack feet on a vehicle with a bare roof would mount closer to the edge of the roof, which necessitates a longer crossbar.

I've linked to a video showing the first system I mentioned being installed on a Pilot with a bare roof.

I don't have a specific recommendation for an installer, but as you can see from the linked video and the installation instructions that are also linked, the install is very simple and would require no drilling so it's something that somebody with average mechanical ability could successfully complete very easily.

If the installation isn't something you'd feel comfortable attempting, any trusted mechanic could handle it quickly.
