How to Power Supplemental Braking System for Flat Towing in 2020 Ford F-150
Question:
Flat towing my 2020 F150, the power at the dash cigar lighter by design turns off after 30 minutes with key in accessory mode need the key in acc for flat towing. So then I loose power to my aux braking system. Looking for some type of harness to connect to provide 12v poser.

If you are using a supplemental braking system like the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR in your 2020 Ford F-150 flat towing setup then you can use the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332 to supply power to it. This will connect directly to the battery any bypass the need for accessory mode to be activated.
