It sounds like you might be looking for a plug and play wiring harness to install the Tekonsha Primus IQ # TK90160 on your 2020 Ford Ranger. We have not confirmed that there is actually a plug and play solution for an aftermarket brake controller, so you'll want to check under your dash, behind the brake pedal and see if there is a plug that matches up with the one in the photo I've linked. If there is, then the # 3034-P will work to install a Tekonsha brake controller like the # TK90160. This would only be there if your Ranger came with a factory installed 7 way connector.
If you've got an aftermarket 7 way, then there is not a plug and play harness available and any brake controller would need to be hardwired into the truck. If this is the case your best bet would be to go with a wireless brake controller like the Curt Echo # C51180, which can be controlled by any smart phone running Android 4.4 or newer, or iOS 8.0 or newer. I've linked a short video of the Echo for you to have a look at.
