The 20.5 x 8-10 is the obsolete name for the modern 205/65-10 tire size. You'll want to choose tires with a combined load rating that meets or exceeds the 2300 lb GVWR of your camper.

The # AM1HP56 Load Range E tire you'd looked at has a weight capacity of 1650 per tire/3300 lb per axle which would have plenty of capacity and would work great for your pop-up camper.

If you were needing this tire to include a white powder coated wheel, we offer a wheel/tire combo featuring a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern as part # AM3H460, a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern as part # AM3H480 or a 5 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern as part # AM3H454.

If you're unsure of your bolt pattern, I've linked an article that will show you how to figure that out.
