Fifth Wheel Hitch From B and W For 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 with OEM Rail Kit
Question:
I currently have a patriot slider 5th wheel in my 2018 Silverado 2500 HD. I am purchasing a 2021 2500HD GMC Sierra with the factory puck system. Is there an adapter frame that will allow me to transfer my patriot from my old truck to my new one.

Since there isn't a rail kit adapter that fits your 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 short bed with the OEM rail kit and the Patriot Slider hitch you have your best solution would be an all new hitch like the B and W Companion Slider for GM rail kits part # BWRVK3775.
It's a bummer but the ONE fifth wheel hitch the Demco Rail Kit adapter part # DM6333 that fits your truck does not work with is your exact hitch.
