Solution for Bike Rack Compatible With Flat Towed Vehicle on 2019 Tiffin Allegro Open Road
Question:
Will this bad boy work on my coach? I tow a car and am concerned with turning clearance for the car. It sits at about 35 in height, the center of the receiver sits at about 22 up and the car is back at 50. Will it fit?

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2 # HLY74FR is going to be roughly 33" from the center of the hitch pin hole on the shank to the furthest part away from the bike; it does have 7" rise in the shank, but either way you cut it, it's going to be close. The turning clearance is a concern that you're likely going to encounter trouble with, but even if it would put the bike rack above the vehicle's hood I think there are going to be issues with the rack potentially smacking down on the hood and damaging the vehicle.
Your best solution seems to be putting a hitch on the flat towed vehicle (if one is not present) and put your bikes on the back of that using a bike rack that is rated for use on the rear of a flat-towed vehicle like the Yakima HoldUp EVO 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # Y02479. The HoldUp EVO 2 can carry bikes up to 50-lbs, so you'll want to make sure your bikes weigh less than that either with or without the batteries attached.
I've linked a short review video of this rack for you to have a look at. If your bikes weigh more than that with the batteries removed or you need a hitch for your flat-towed vehicle just let me know and I can let you know what other parts might work.
