The Goodyear Endurance ST255/85R16 Radial Tire with 16" Viking Aluminum Wheel # 724862519AT is a lug centric tire and wheel combo, which fits hubs with 1/2"-20 or 9/16"-18 wheel bolts and you can secure with the Lionshead Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - 1/2"-20 # LHLR103 or 9/16"-18 # LHLR110.

In regards to balance, trailer tires do not come balanced, and though you can have them balanced if you wish, it isn't something that is necessary for performance so long as your tow vehicle tires are balanced. There isn't a specific date code I can offer but we sell a lot of these tires so you can expect a tire that has a code of under a year old. As far as warranty, the Goodyear Endurance has a warranty which is 12 months from date of purchase or the first 2/32" of usable tread, whichever comes first.
