Question:

Looking to replace the 7 way wire on my snowmobile trailer. I need a 6 foot pig tail to straight ~ 4-6 foot wire to run into the trailer which is where they put the box. It’s a bigger version of an tow bar set up. Need to the pig tail to be made of very strong and flexible rubber for the cold weather.

It sounds like you are just looking for a trailer end 7-way with a lead that has heavy-duty cable for your snowmobile trailer, and we do have exactly what you need, from Bargman:

- Bargman 7-Way, RV-Style Connector with Heavy Duty Insulated Cable - Trailer End # 54006-057

This is rated for use in temperatures as low as -67 Fahrenheit (-55 Celsius) so it will stand up to extremely frigid environments.
