I have a JLU Wrangler Rubicon with the tow package and Class II hitch that I want to change to make Class III for towing with a brake controller. What do I need to convert this already installed tow package into so that I can tow with brake controller?

You will want to check your owners manual to confirm the options on your Jeep to know the exact towing capacity and use the lowest rating between the hitch and vehicle.
