What do You Recommend for Adding a Third Brake Light to my In Bed Truck Camper
Question:
I have a small pop up truck camper which blocks my trucks center brake light. The camper has Bargman Series 99 marker lights surrounding the roofline, including three red ones just in the center rear. Is there a light similar in size and shape to the series 99 bargmans that would work as a brake light if i wired it as such? Or is there a better way to achieve the same result? Thanks!

I may have a solution but there is not a good option for that Series 99 light because they are all used as marker lights and not signal lights.
If you were to use the Thinline LED Trailer Tail Light part # STL59RB and just wire the ground and brake signal it will act exactly like your current third brake light. It is narrow enough that it will fit above your marker or clearance light giving you your desired result. You will use the white wire for ground and the red wire for your brake signal. The black is for normal running lights and will not be used.
