Programmer or Cold Air Intake for 2004 Ford F-150 with 5.4 liter V8

I have a 2004 5.4 super cab f150 that I would like to increase the hp for towing. What would be the best way to increase at the best price? Air Intake or super chip or other? L Winslette

The most cost effective way to gain a substantial amount of power with your 2004 Ford F-150 that has the 5.4 liter V8 is with the SuperChips Flaspaq F5 part # SU1845.
