Does this hitch come with the wire to pull bolts through the frame?

The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98870 does come with fishwire to pull the bolts through the frame so that is not something you have to purchase separately. It also comes with the bolts and spacers you need so it includes all the necessary hardware.
