You can use the Compact Low Pressure 2-Stage Automatic Changeover RV LP Gas Regulator # 37207-31525 with two of the # 37207-30635 to connect your propane tanks to a regulator; this is an automatic changeover regulator so you'll never have to worry about losing propane supply when one of the tanks is finished.
Once you've connected those, you will need a supply hose to run from the regulator to the furnace; you'll need a 3/8 male NPT on the regulator end but which connection you'll need on the furnace end can vary. You can use the # 37207-31475 if you need a 1/2" female flare connector or the # 100383-36-MBS if you need a 3/8" female flare connector.
If you've got another type of connector on the furnace and can provide a photo or additional information on it, I can let you know if you need a different hose to connect the regulator to the furnace-or you can use an existing one.
