Yes the Truxedo Truxport # TX292301 does fit your 2020 Nissan Frontier 5 foot bed with the utili track and would not interfere with it's performance.

Yes, we checked with Truxedo and the Tonneau part #TX292301 will fit with your utili-track on your 2016 Nissan Frontier. Apparently there is a gap between the bed rail edge and the utili-track that allows the clamps of the Truxedo to fit.
