Curt just came out with a hitch fit for the 2021 Toyota Venza, it's part # C89UR. If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll need a trailer wiring harness like # C59496, a ball mount and the properly sized trailer ball. For a ball mount, you'll need to measure the receiver height once the hitch is installed and compare it to the coupler height of your trailer when it's jacked up so it's level. You'll likely need the # 2753 ball mount, but you might want to use the help article I've linked for you so you can determine the amount of rise or drop you'd need. For a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball, use # 19260 or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
