Easy to Install Brake Controller for 2017 Jeep Renegade
Question:
hi i have a 2017 renegade by jeep it has factory tow pck with a flat 4 pin connector in back. i want to instal a brake controller. the easiest one to put in! can u help?

I'd be happy to help you with that!
If an easy installation is what you're needing, look no further than the Curt Echo wireless brake controller, part # C51180. Once installed, the Echo would use your smart phone to control your trailer brakes from the passenger cabin, rather than the typical box mounted to the underside of the dash (like the # TK63VR you'd looked at).
You'll also need the # ETBC7L, which includes an adapter to convert your existing 4 pin connector to a 7-way. From the adapter, you'll need to run one wire under the vehicle to the positive battery via an included circuit breaker terminal to provide power for the controller. The installation is really pretty simple.
