Timbren Silent Ride System for 2017 Stealth Forest River Toy Hauler FQ2817G

Question:

I have a 2017 Stealth Forest River Toy Hauler, FQ2817G. GVWR is 12,100 pounds, dry weight 7945 pounds, two axle, drum brakes, that is 35foot OAL. I average about 10,000 miles per year. The toy weighs approximately 1100 pounds and on occasion, short distances, we load up with 800 lbs of water and 32 gals gasoline. I think the suspension is inadequate and would like to improve it. Tire wear has been brutal. My plumbinginch is very low in front of the tires and I cannot afford to lose a single inch. What do you recommend?

Helpful Expert Reply:

For your 2017 Stealth Forest River Toy Hauler that has a GVWR of 12,100 lbs the best Timbren Silent Ride would be the part # TSR14KT01 which has a capacity of 14,000 lbs. This will put the axles of your trailer 6-1/8 inches from the frame which you can compare to your current height to see if this would raise or lower the height.
