Roof Rack Recommendation for a 2005 Subaru Impreza RS
Question:
is it possible to have aftermarket rails put on my 2005 impreza RS..and rack snowboard is primary usage? Thank you for your assistance

You can add an aftermarket roof rack to your 2005 Subaru Impreza RS, but we will need to know if you have a sedan model with a naked roof or a wagon model with factory installed side rails to recommend the correct roof rack for your vehicle. I have attached a link to all of the roof rack options that we offer for your vehicle. Simply choose your style of roof and a list of all compatible roof racks will populate.
If you have a sedan model with a naked roof, then I recommend looking at the Rhino-Rack roof rack with the Vortex Aero crossbars, # RRVA118B-2, the 2500 series leg kit, # RRRLKVA, and the Custom DK Clamps and Pads, # DK070.
If you have a wagon model with factory installed side rails, you could use the Yakima RailGrab Roof Rack, CrossBars # Y00408, RoundBar Adapter # Y03536, and TimberLine Towers # Y33TR. You could also install the Rhino-Rack roof rack with Vortex Aero Crossbars, # RRVA106B-2 and the SX leg kit, # RRSX100, for elliptical crossbars.

If you did not want to install the roof rack yourself, you can take the parts to any local performance shop to have them installed.
