I have a solution for you, but the Curt Double Lock # C60607 is not a confirmed fit on the 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 with a 5-1/2 Foot bed. Instead, the confirmed Curt gooseneck kit that will fit on your vehicle is the Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Installation Kit # C615-632, which still has a gooseneck ball that flips over and stores in the hitch but will fit on your Sierra 1500 short bed. This hitch installs without drilling, so it's an extremely convenient solution to tow a gooseneck trailer with your truck.
If you also need an offset gooseneck ball for this setup, since you've got a short bed truck, the Curt # C602 will work with the Double Lock system and provides you with 4" offset. If you need something larger, the B&W # BWTEXA4200 provides 10" of offset and is an adapter for your trailer that works with any standard gooseneck ball.
