BandW Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs Item # BWRVK3400-5W Vehicle 2017 Ram 3500 Megacab with 6.5 bed. Will this hitch work with my factory installed gooseneck prep package.

For instance there are pin box adapters like the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter Pin Box - Lippert 1621, 1621 HD - 21K # 325-GH-8045 or Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter w/ Offset - 12" to 16" Tall # CAB-C5GX1216 which doesn't swap out your pin box. .
If you have the 4 factory 5th wheel pucks and not just the gooseneck ball and 2 pucks then the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20K # BWRVK3670 is a custom fit for your truck.
