There isn't much information on what size coupler the U-Haul trailers use. However, they state they are compatible with 1-7/8" and 2" hitch balls. So, more than likely they use 2" couplers.
The 2-5/16" Coupler Lock, part # e98895, will fit on them, but there will probably be quite a bit of play. I recommend going with the smaller version, part # e98897. This one is designed to fit both 1-7/8" and 2" couplers, so it will have a more snug fit around the U-Haul coupler.
I've linked to a video review of these locks that showcases how the two fit around each size.
