How to Pick Out Correct Rise/Drop Ball Mount

Hi, can you advise me on how much of a hitch I would need? From the ground to the bottom of the receiver it measures 27”. Thanks

To pick out the correct rise/drop ball mount you need to take two measurements. Measure from the top of the hitch opening to the ground and then from bottom lip of trailer coupler to the ground and compute difference. The number you get is the amount of drop needed. Based on the dimension you listed I'd be inclined to thing you'd need a drop of around 10 inches or so like # AMSC10 since a lot of trailers sit around 16 inches from ground.
