Recommended Bike Rack For Carrying Heavy Womens Bike On 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon
Question:
Would the etrailer 98873 and/or a Ultra Fab UF48-979033 work to tow a womans heavy bike [Raleigh Venture 4.0]? Thanks

You could definitely use the etrailer carrier # e98873 or Ultra Fab # UF48-979033 to carry your Raleigh Venture 4.0 but from the specs I found on your bike it appears to weigh roughly 30lbs which would fit on most standard bike racks.
However, I would instead recommend the Kuat NV 2.0 Base 2-Bike Platform Rack # BA22B which is designed for heavier bikes with a maximum weight per bike of 60lbs and can be used with the Acces Ramp # ANVBRB to make loading easy. The main concern I would have with using a motorcycle carrier is that it can be tricky to secure your bike to the rack, where the Kuat NV 2.0 is designed to secure bike's by the wheels to make mounting women's bikes or alternative frame bikes simple.
If you need a trailer hitch receiver for your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon I highly recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13410 due to its hidden crossbar design that leaves only the receiver visable. I included a picture of the Curt # C13410 installed and the installation video on a 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon for you to take a look at.
I also included a video of the Kuat NV 2.0 for you to check out.
