If your 2017 Sprinter 3500 has a trailer hitch receiver then you can start working on the flat towing components for your Honda, but if you don't already have that, then I recommend starting with the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 66" Wide # C13704.
For your flat towing setup, you will need many different components and I've linked an article to the basic flat towing components to assist. There is baseplates for the vehicle frame custom fit, the tow bar to connect the hitch receiver to the vehicle baseplates, the safety cables, the wiring harness for the tow vehicle, and the supplemental braking system.
These are the parts I recommend:
Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # 1545-1
Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-520
Roadmaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs # RM-643
Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Wire to 6-Wire Straight Cord # RM-152-98146-7
Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251
Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400 is also needed to keep the vehicle lights from overriding the motorhome signals.
You may also need a high-low adapter so I've linked the page to your options as well as a help article to assist in determining the proper fit.
